Generative Coaching Defined

Have you ever left a session feeling unseen and unheard, confused, or like a problem? Or perhaps you’ve felt like someone threw lots of tools at you and expects you to know how to use them in everyday life? Let me explain what Generative Coaching is and how you are actively involved! In fact, you pretty much ARE the session!

Generative Coaching is defined as a partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. This process evokes self-awareness and awakens the clientsunchartered territory which leads to exploring, locating, and unlocking blocked paths that would otherwise remain undiscovered. Then, the person or team is coached into attunement to those new findings. Its a very thorough process with a specific coaching framework and technique.

Coaching is a powerful tool for teams that are stuck, ununified, and unproductive. Coaching is a nice way to reveal a deep-seated obstacle. Coaching is also very beneficial for businesses who have a revolving door or high turnover rates but cant ascertain the “why”. It can also keep an already motivated team resilient as they push through with a positive mindset to meet teams goals.

Coaching is an actionable process that calls upon you to come open, humble, and hungry for the deep and uncomfortable process of change and growth.
