Fight Bullying in the Workplace

Bullying in the workplace is nestling comfortably among staff members and is becoming commonplace nowadays and contributing to a toxic workplace environment. Employees report more stress from their interactions with toxic coworkers than they experience from the heavy workload itself. Supervisors are the leaders. They set the tone for progression and regression in their departments. Supervisors who are bullies are dismantle teams, stop productivity, and increase costs for the company due to productive employees leaving leading to the added expense of training new staff. Some companies can afford this, but can you? Companies are experiencing far greater loss for this reason than those mentioned. This speech is designed to help you identify, devise a plan and/or sift out bullies in your workplace. (Not included in the speech but please ask about how Generative Wholeness Coaching can help these professionals as they discover the what and why behind their bullying.) (Also of note, bullying doesn’t only come through supervisors.)
